At Story Explorers, grown-ups sit with their babies/toddlers as they enjoy a 35-minute song and story class. Following a different story each week, we explore signs, rhymes, songs, parachutes games, bubbles, rhythm, and movement. Your child will be filled with wonder as they discover the magic of stories. Amongst the excitement and fun, they will develop their communication and core language skills, coordination, social skills, and understanding of themselves and the world around them. We are an inclusive group that welcome every family, making the classes smooth and easy for the grown-ups and enjoyable and accessible for little ones. Sit with your child as they explore the puppets, body percussion, and sensory games as we help Fern the Fox to finally go to sleep! You are welcome to sing along; we very much encourage you to join in, then the little learners will too. We can’t wait to go on an adventure with you!

Key Info: An intergenerational group for preschoolers and young homeschooled children and their grown-ups. We welcome all parents, carers, grandparents, and childminders with young children. Each week we learn about a different theme in the natural world, enjoying stories, crafts, and games.

Key Info: We run weekly sessions open to all. The session runs in the morning, 9-11 am, outside at the farm. We have a small polytunnel if it rains! There are opportunities to interact with the animals, play with the mud kitchen and explore our playhouse. Our session leader will be on hand to help guide your time on the farm. Please book one ticket per family. We always ask participants what they have enjoyed and want to do more or less of at the end of each session, people can also feedback anonymously via our feedback wall which we encourage visitors to use.
